• OpenRouter processes your inputs to generate a personalized workout
• The generated workout is returned to your device and displayed to you
• We do not store your workout preferences or generated routines

• Any additional workout parameters you specify

Important: This data is sent to OpenRouter for AI processing but is not stored by us or OpenRouter after the workout is generated.

• User accounts or profiles

Third-Party Service Provider

OpenRouter

We use OpenRouter as our AI processing service to generate your personalized workouts. When you request a workout:

• Your workout preferences are sent to OpenRouter's servers
• OpenRouter processes this information to generate your workout
• The generated workout is returned to your device
• OpenRouter does not retain your data after processing
