Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

You may use the Service only if you are legally permitted to do so in your jurisdiction. There are no age restrictions, but users must be capable of performing physical workouts and should consult a medical professional before beginning any exercise program.

You may not use the Service if you are prohibited by applicable laws or these Terms.

2. Accounts and Access

To use the Service, you must sign in using either your Apple ID or Google account. We do not collect or retain your personal data such as name or email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share access or misuse the app in any way.

3. Payments and Credits

The Service offers a free trial. After the trial, users must purchase credits via the App Store to generate additional workouts. These are one-time, non-renewing purchases.

All purchases are subject to the App Store’s terms and refund policies. We do not handle payments directly and cannot issue refunds.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to misuse the AI system to produce inappropriate, harmful, or offensive content
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service’s functionality

We reserve the right to terminate access to users found violating these rules without refund.

5. User Input and AI Content

You may submit custom workout preferences to generate exercise routines. These inputs are sent to our processing partner, OpenRouter, to produce AI-generated workouts.

You retain any rights to your input, but you grant us a license to use it to provide the Service. You understand and accept that:

• AI-generated outputs are for informational purposes only
• We do not guarantee medical accuracy, safety, or fitness results

Use at your own discretion and risk.

6. Third-Party Services

We use OpenRouter to process workout generation requests. OpenRouter may route requests to various large language models (LLMs). We do not control how third-party models interpret requests, but your data is not stored by us or OpenRouter after processing.

7. No Warranty

The Service is provided “as-is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant:

• That the Service will meet your needs
• That results will be accurate or appropriate
• That the app will be uninterrupted or error-free

Use of any workout generated by the Service is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms, or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Purchases made prior to termination are not refundable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
